Scottish Association of Neurological Sciences

The annual meeting of the Scottish Association of Neurological Sciences (SANS) is a combined meeting of all the clinical neurosciences. The format is a series of short scientific papers and invited lectures.

The scientific presentations present a wide variety of neuroscience topics covering diagnosis, new modalities of investigations and the evaluation of treatment. Time is available to debate and prizes are awarded to the best presentations. The lectures are from invited speakers and present current knowledge on a theme. These lectures are intended to evaluate current practice, to present the evidence base for current practice and to identify ways forward from current science research.
